A sequence of greens, blacks, and wood tones winds through the client and staff spaces at Elite Wellness North Shore, located just off the Edens Expressway in Northfield. This holistic wellness center offers chiropractic, acupuncture, massage therapy, and physical therapy services, with integrated nutrition and fitness support. Located in a postmodern brick office block, our adaptive reuse strategy designs around the existing building systems, creatively minimizing updates to HVAC, electrical, and sprinkler systems. The completed design brings calming textures and colors to a previously unremarkable commercial space, and supports the growth of a multi-faceted minority-owned business.
